Dominique Mesgouez has been flying a small drone above the French countryside and coastline for longer than six months. As a journalist for Ouest-France ("West France"), a daily newspaper with 2.5 million readers, he obtains aerial video with the help of a small quadrotor.

Mesgouez recently joined DroneJournalism.org and submitted several of his videos.  One provides a tour of the historic Chapelle Notre-Dame de Kerdévot, a Catholic church dating back to 1914, complete with dubbed narration. Another gives an aerial view of Locronan commune, which is regarded as one of the most scenic villages in France.
